Cimtrix VMS series CNC Automatic VMM is a high precision, high-performance yet economic model of CNC Vision Measuring Machine equipped with High resolution CCD camera, automatic telecentric Zoom lens and Powerful Measuring software offering most advanced features such as 2D & 3D Combined measurements. Cimtrix VMS series CNC VMMs can easily handle fast batch measurement of parts.

We are offering the premium RationalVue CNC + Probe measurement software with our model Cimtrix VMS Series CNC VMM:
- RationalVue is the first software in the world that imports 3D CAD into Video measurement software.
- RationalVue is also the first software that combines image, touch probe and laser together, and can freely switch between them as required.
- RationalVue integrates 2D/3D measurement, data analysis, SPC, CAD reverse engineering, form error analysis, profile scanning and offline simulation together in a single software package.
- RationalVue supports import of CAD or part pictures for offline programming
- The core measurement language is DMIS and complies with the DMIS international standard. Users can use the DMIS language with DME extension functions.
- The core algorithms of touch probe and integrated non-contact measurement are fully PTB certified.
Powerful CAD functions of RationalVue:
- IGES, STEP (3D) and DXF can be imported to perform CAD programming and comparison measurement.
- Supports direct CAD interfaces including UG, ProE, Catia and SolidWorks.
